AMANDA HARE
HI! I'M AMANDA!
I'm a freshman at Texas A&M University in College Station pursuing a double major in business honors and marketing with a minor in journalism.
Born in southern California, I moved to Prosper, Texas before I started middle school. At Prosper High School, I was heavily involved with my school's journalism program, and the Eagle Nation Online Newspaper. I worked on the school paper for three years, and served as executive editor-in-chief in my senior year.
ENO became my home, and helped my journalism passion grow. Newspaper was easily my favorite class, and I loved being able to publish and inform my community.
Through the opportunities ENO provided, I was able to earn the title of 2022 Texas State Journalist of the Year, which helped me earn a summer internship with the Dallas Morning News after my high school graduation.
A&M was always my top choice for college, and when I got into the business honors program, I was sure that I wanted to be an Aggie.
